Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
I am pleased to provide you with my premium chauffeur services. Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions, which govern the use of my services.
2. Parking Costs
2.1. Unless otherwise specified in your service agreement, parking costs are not included in the service fee. Any parking fees incurred during the course of your journey will be added to your final invoice.
3. Mileage Charges
3.1. Your service agreement will specify an allotted mileage for your journey. Any mileage traveled beyond this allotted amount will be subject to additional charges.
3.2. Mileage charges will be calculated at a rate of £[XX] per 100 miles over the allotted mileage. You will be informed of any additional mileage charges before they are applied to your invoice.
4. Entry Fees
4.1. Entry fees to heritage sites, museums, or any place that requires an entry fee are not included in the service fee, unless explicitly stated otherwise in your service agreement.
5. Booking and Cancellation
5.1. To book my chauffeur services, please contact me directly.
5.2. Cancellations must be made at least 28 days in advance to avoid cancellation charges. Cancellation charges may apply.
6. Payment
6.1. Payment for my services, including any additional charges for parking, mileage, or entry fees, is due upon receipt of the invoice.
7. Changes to Itinerary
7.1. Any changes to your planned itinerary must be communicated to me as soon as possible. Changes may affect parking, mileage, and entry fees, and any additional costs will be added to your invoice.
8. Liability
8.1.I am not liable for any loss or damage to personal property left in the vehicle.
8.2. I shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond my control, including but not limited to traffic, accidents, or adverse weather conditions.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK.
